"My home? It's uh...in Bretagne," Yuliya said, purposely being vague. Drakkius forest was being rather obvious about it. She nervously stroked Black Jewel down her short back, enjoying it's velvety feel. Her eyes, appearing grey because of the distance, flashed about as if looking for an escape. She didn't know this person, she didn't even know his name. Sure, he hunted down bandits, but that didn't mean he wasn't a follower of the steward! Maybe he despised those of the old blood...
"What's your name?"

"I'm Alivon Triarion, also known as the wanderer, in case you've heard of me." He chuckled and put a hand on the back of his neck. "I've... gained a reputation around here for wandering , and taking out bandits, it's just to bad I don't get payed to do it." He grinned at saying this.
"It's uh, nice to meet you...Yuliya?" He bowed slightly to her, before straightening himself again. "perhaps You'd like an escort to where ever it is your headed, I have no doubt you can defend yourself if you needed to, but sometimes company on the road can be helpful." He tried to make his normally cold sounding voice polite, it'd been a while since he's spoken to anyone. After extended periods of time of not talking, he tended to forget at how evil he could sound after dealing with bandits.

"Um....well," Yuliya considered. An escort? She'd be glad for the company, but that meant going back to the camp. After pondering it for a few moments, she came to the conclusion that she could shake him off somewhere by the Drakkius forest.
"Sure, why not. Jewel probably gets sick of me constantly talking to her." Yuliya smiled, as she loosened the girth on Black Jewel, seeing as she wouldn't be riding her.
"What's your business in going around killing bandits?"

Alivon had to think for a while about her question, he didn't exactly have a reason for doing what he did. "I suppose it's to help out everyone around here, getting rid of evil in the world will help unite everyone. The less people have to worry about, the less they will fight, I think...and Hope."
"Ho about you, how come you stepped up and helped me, when you had no idea who was doing what?" He looked over at her and grinned, waiting for her answer to his question. He took a flask of water off of his belt and took a gulp from it before replacing it there, he figured he'd have enough supplies for hunting so that he could reach the destination.

"Oh...well, it's a natural reaction to help those who are outnumbered," Yuliya admited, looking down at the ground, her fingers moving up to the sliver of crystal in the shape of a dagger around her neck.
"It's good that you want to help people. Not many people do that these days. I have enough problems on my hands with my brethren..." Yuliya's hand flew up to her mouth. Brethren? Did anyone else have a brethren? She sure hoped so...secrecy was not her greatest feet. If she had listened to the elders and stayed at the camp...then maybe, who knows. As long as she didn't give the exact description of the camp, she'd be okay! She breathed hard. This wasn't her work. Her work was keeping people alive, and fighting.

alivon nodded as she gave her answer to his question. He looked over as she began to touch the crystal, wondering what exactly what it was, since it was difficult to make the shape out at night.
He began to nod again as she spoke, but blinked as she said Brethren and put her hands to her mouth. "What's wrong??" He said, wondering what he or she could have done to make her worried like that? Maybe it was something she'd said? Although nothing in that sentence seemed like it would be cause to worry over, and he decided not to pursue to far into the matter.

"No-nothing's wrong," she stuttered. It's okay she thought, Calm, cool, relaxed...She took long, deep breaths that slowly cooled her down. She lifted her necklace up to her forehead and let the cool crystal chill it down.
"I just...remembered something," she ended barely above a whisper. She leaned onto Black Jewels side, the mare gladly accepting her weight.
"Why do you help people you've never met at all?"

Alivon thought about the question for a bit, and then came up with his answer. "I help people who I've never met before, because if I didn't someone of them would end up dead, like the group earlier that the bandits killed. And yes, I know that I have no clue who they are, it just bothers me that so much wrong can happen without anyone doing anything about it."
Alivon had spent all his air on that one sentence, and took a deep breath after. "Plus I guess becoming something of a legend is more than a bit appealing." He looked over and grinned at her.

"You can say that again," Yuliya admitted. She smiled sadly, truly knowing the words' meaning.
"I know what you mean, helping others is important." She had always felt sad when she heard that the Saboteurs had done something terribly sneaky to kill people, or the Warrior caste had to kill more people. Was it possible to bring justice without killing the innocent? That was what she wanted to know. Black Jewel turned to look at her worry-bound master, with big, loving eyes.
"I've got a lot of people to help."

Alivon turned to look at her. "And in which way do you help people. I know I'm being hypocritical saying that fighting is bad...and then I go and take out a group of bandits." He glanced around, and noticed in the distance that it was starting to become lighter out, signaling dawns coming. "Well...I guess I was out there for longer than I had thought..." He was used to staying out so late at times when he was hunting Bandits, and new that it would have little to no effect on him in the coming days.
