Alivon wandered through the city, weaving around the crowds of people who were going about their everyday business. He had a much more important purpose than most of them, he was on his way to buy more of the smoke "bombs" that he regularly used. He needed them for his dealings with the bandits, he was dangerously low on his supplies and figured he needed to re stock.
He dodged to the left of a muscular man who as shoving his way through the crowd. Alivon craved to teach him a lesson for shoving the towns people around, but thought better of it, if he got put in a cell he would lose everything.
As the crowd became more bunched together he slipped away from it and down into the alley, where he crept through what shadows there were in the daylight. It didn't take him long at all to reach the alchemists house, and he wasted no time knocking hard on the door. He waited a few moments, and no reply came from inside. "that's unusual, he's normally out here right away..." He said quietly to himself. He rapped his hand on the door harshly calling out "Is anyone in there?!"
He looked around to make sure that he had drawn no attention, luckily no one was in the alley way at the moment. He took a few steps back, then ran full blast forward taking a jump and sending his foot to wards the door. There was a loud crash as the door came off the rusty hinges and Alivon went straight into the house with it. A table nearly collapsed as Alivon tumbled into the house, which he noted was only one room. He steadied himself and put what was left of the door back where it belonged, and took a look around. Everything in the house was very dusty and looked as though it hadn't been used in a while, he began to search around.
After searching and finding most of the things that the alchemist used still there, he assumed that the alchemist had simply gone for a few days. He decided to stay for the time being and helped himself to some of the food that was still there. The man had seemed to leave in a hurry, leaving most of his valuables behind for traveling, like the cloak and pack.
Alivon spent most of the next couple days repairing the door, and then cleaning the house, seeing how he had nothing better to do.
